I recently had my roof replaced by Overhead Solutions and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, they were professional and complete. I am a detail person and I was impressed with the detail they provided in the estimate, what to expect, during and the follow up after the project. The office staff were very helpful and always available. The estimator and project manager were also available and helpful. Most impressed with the workers who completed the replacement. They are very hard workers and pay attention to every detail. I did not find one stray nail in my lawn since the project! The company even sent over someone to complete a final inspection and he was also great at answering any questions that I had. I was not looking forward to having my roof replaced, but Overhead Solutions made it much easier. Thank you for a great experience!!

Recently had the roof replaced on our house by Overhead Solutions. Right from the start things were positive. First off Tim who came out and gave the bid was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very competitive,

Overhead Solutions came in with a great price and the roof looks great! The roofers put tarps down all around the house and completed the roof in one day. The cleanup was done thoroughly. We were missing a down spout but the next day we noticed the down spout was back on & in better shape than before. We recommend Overhead Solutions to anyone who wants a quality, good looking roof at a great price with professional installation.

Chad and his crew were amazing. He communicated every step of the way and answered all my questions. The crew showed up and got right to work. They were polite and courteous and worked really well with each other. They did an awesome job on cleaning up all the debris in my yard. Started with an excellent experience with my sales rep. He was straight forward, gave multiple alternatives for our issues, and was not high pressure at all. When the work crew got here the foreman introduced himself and gave me a run down on what they had planned for the day. The crew was efficient, quick, and neat. They did my entire roof from tear off to installation, including replacement of a skylight, in one day. Excellent service and well priced.

Very courteous and professional company. Crew was hard working and efficient. They worked from 7am to 7pm to get the job done in one day. You could tell they were tired at the end of the day from going up and down the ladder. But when they were done with the roof and cleaning up, they seemed to perk up. The foreman made contact before he left the job. To go over what was done and to answer any questions. Lastly, the cost was less than 8 other estimates. Theres no reason to go anywhere else than Overhead Solutions. Next is new windows for us.

We have had Overhead Solutions do 2 projects for us. 1st was the roof on our new garage and the 2nd was a few repairs to our home roof. Both projects went very smoothly. The roofers are very efficient and hard working. When we actually replace the roof on our home I will definitely be calling Overhead Solutions to do the job. Very happy with the jobs that were done.

We were quite pleased with the new roof placed on our 50 year old home by Overhead Solutions. We were kept informed throughout the planning process. The crew was organized and worked with a purpose. they did a great job. Completed the tear off and re-roofing job in just one day. Quality of work is very good. The people were friendly and very helpful. Prices were very fair as well, actually a bit less than I had anticipated. No hidden costs. When they found an issue with flashing around the chimney they showed me photos of what theyd found and went out of their way to keep the repair cost as low as possible. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards as well. They went over the entire area around the house with magnets to make sure they even picked up the stray nail. I very highly recommend Overhead.

The entire crew was prompt communicative respectful cleaned up very well after the job was done. We had an excellent experience with Overhead Solutions. They are punctual, knowledgable and helpful. They inspected our roof and fixed a minor problem and did not charge us. They have great customer service and we will be using them in the future for our roofing needs.

I cant start to say how amazing overhead solutions is. I had 3 quotes for my house with them being the third one. They were the only ones that went on my roof and walked me through the process of what would be done. I wasnt at home for when they did my roof but they had pictures of the progress that they sent me. The roof turned out perfect and i couldnt be happier. After they finished they had someone come by (Dave) to check to see if the roof was done correctly. He got up on the roof and found something was not to his liking and had the crew come back and fix it. The next day someone else showed up to do one final check, again getting on the roof. Overhead solutions came recommended to me by someone I know thats very picky when it comes to people working on his house, so I was hoping I was going to used them. I cant recommend them enough. The Overhead Door team had delays at an early scheduled project but came out to our site and finished the job in record time. They did an excellent job with communication and in the work they did. They left the site spotless.

This company really came through for me. I cant say enough good about everyone I came in contact with. The Project Manager, James, was great. He explained everything as the job progressed.

I want to thank Dave and his amazing crew, they were very professional and friendly. They did a great job on our roof and cleaning. There is no evidence of any waste or nails in our lawn and landscaping the work site. I provided patio chairs for the crew to use in the shade while on break. To my surprise they return the chairs and put away the cushions! Just a small example of their professional service. Dave was great at answering all my questions and provided txt and photo updates of the repairs. The workmanship and quality is amazing. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience from the time I started my research to after the roof was placed. Ben, who gave us the estimate, was able to answer all our question before asking them with professional reading materials. Then came Dave, who was the project manager. Since we were not able to be at the house, gave us at least 3 calls during the project to update us on how the roof was coming along. Also sent pictures of the roof. The crew did a wonderful job with the roof. We came a couple days after the roof was done. Everything was cleaned up. I didnt even see one nail laying on the ground.

We had Overhead Solutions replace the shingled roof on our home years ago and were very happy with their quality of work & service. I kept their contact information in my phone and am glad I did since a sunroom that has a rubber roof developed a leak with all of the rain weve had this year. I called and someone came to inspect it & give us an estimate the next day. Within a few weeks the crew was here with supplies to give a new roof in that area.

We had a major issue with improperly installed siding. It was very expensive siding to begin with and when it appeared to be rotting off our house after only 10 years we were horrified. Several local contractors were hesitant to open the walls and explore the extent of the damage. So we called Overhead Solutions after several glowing recommendations.

A team from Overhead Solutions completed a roofing project on our home in the Rhinelander area at the end if May. We were impressed by Dave and the entire team during the tear-off, installation and cleanup (which was exceptional). The workers were all very professional and focused on the job.

On two occasions we had the pleasure of working with Overhead Solutions Inc crews when we put our sun room addition on and now years later replacing our entire roof. They did a great job on the roof and I couldnt believe how fast the project was completed. They didn t mind my dogs visiting from time to time either. I also appreciated how they took care of my son s medication delivery. Definitely went above requirements with that one. Roofing is the first of multiple projects were completing with Overhead Solutions. Scheduling was seamless- communication is excellent- they keep you informed with texts and emails in advance. Project manager, James, reached out the day before regarding details. They even moved things up a day to beat the rain. Day of project, the crew arrived right on time, was set up, and working within minutes. James touched base early in the day, called with updates throughout the day, and again to wrap up once the crew was done for the day. Our roof was completed in about 12 hours and looks great. Cant wait to see the whole picture once the rest of our exterior projects are complete.

We experienced a small leak, possibly coming from a dormer in our roof line. OS came to our home within one day of our phone call, assessed the issue and repaired it free of charge saying that although they put the roof on 10 years ago, they always stand by their work. Brandon and Nick were quick, efficient, polite and professional. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Once again Overhead Solutions did not disappoint ...When Cody Thompson and his crew showed up to put on our new roof in Seymour they showed up to work. The crew hustled and worked as a team to get the job done. From start to finish and clean up they were awesome. They went over and over the yard and driveway to make sure nails and garbage was all picked up. They did not break until after the roof was done and that was 2pm. It was a break well deserved. Once the crew left Cody made sure to answer any questions we had for him and did not make us feel we were keeping him from anything. He also double checked around the Duplex. Review from Mark Deneys - we had a small dripping issue a few years after our roof was installed on a new build, we talked to Justin, he came out the next day and looked at the issue and determined what the issue was and a service rep was out two days later and fixed the problem. Excellent after purchase service. Very easy to work with and were very responsible and highly recommend to anyone needing a roof.

My wife and I were looking to get our roof replaced. We contacted Overhead Solutions to get a quote. Within 48 hours Brandon Mertens (Roofing Sales) arrived and inspected our roof. We were pleased to find out that our roof had at least 5 years of life left.

OMG, Ben was awesome. We were all set to go with someone else when Ben showed up and gave us his sales pitch. When we were planning to get a new roof, we checked out several different places. We decided to go with Overhead Solutions and we are so happy that we did. Right from the start Pete Ermis, their salesman came and explained everything very throughly and our different options and got back to us with a quote right away. He was so easy to work with and very professional. They came on the starting date they gave us ( which never happens anymore) and were finished the same day. I had Steve from Overhead Solutions stop over to view some maintenance issues on my roof that was put in place 8 years ago. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to repair a couple of minor issues on the spot. UPDATED Late June 2024: Project Manage Brandon & his crew did a great job with the soffit/facia, replacement windows & trim wrapping aspects of our project! They were very efficient, yet took their time to make sure it was all done correctly. They replaced rotted wood as needed and even replaced a ceramic tile that cracked when they replaced a sliding door. The workers were jacks-of-all-trades and able to do these various types of things.

Impeccable communication from start to finish, and the speed and quality of the work was top notch. This is a gem of a roofing business. Congrats on such a well run operation.

I am very impressed with the knowledge and workmanship of the company, they had my old roof torn off and soft spots replaced and the new roof on in less than 7 hours.

The guys showed up at 7:00 and were done with demoing the gutters fascia and soffit and installed new fascia and soffit by noon impressive couldnt find a flaw anywhere

Overhead solutions did a great job with our roofing replacement. I liked that Pete the Sales rep gave us regular updates and reached out if we had any questions regarding the products, colors and such. And then Dave was the project manager on our job. He was also very good about sending texts with updates, answered all questions. And then the workers were definitely moving liked a well oiled machine, we had 9 guys, majority on the roof and some handling work on the ground. It was done in one day very smoothly and professionally. Great team throughout. They did walk around after the job to look for nails but do recommend the homeowners do as well because with hundreds of nails being used for a roof replacement there is bound to be some they miss.

I chose OHS as they had the most competitive bid and several others in my neighborhood had gone with them as well. I have a larger roof with many peaks and valleys. OHS arrived at my home at 0600 and competed the project in one day. They had a team of about 12 workers and did a very nice job. Would recommend to others, and would encourage others to at minimum get a quote from OHS. Also worth noting, they do a good job of keeping you updated from the time of quote, to the project completion.

I am so happy with the work that they have done to my house. They were so efficient and fast. From start to finish they just kept working and never stopped. I just wanted to drop you a quick note on how awesome Brandon and his crew did with our new roof on Wednesday last week. Overhead Solutions put our new roof on. The crew arrived at 7am, they worked all day and evening until the job was complete, approximately 8pm. Cirilo and crew were great they had a lot of work to do, we had two layers of old shingles and needed 17 new sheets of plywood on the roof that was over 40 years old. David Frelich was our Project Manager, he came by the house numerous times throughout the day, checking on progress and getting the crew supplies that they needed for the job. David stopped by the next day to inspect the roof and make sure everything was done correct and nothing was missed. David also swept the lawn and area with a powerful magnet for any nails, staples or debri that was left. We are pleased with our new roof and I feel you won t be disappointed if you use Overhead Solutions Inc. to put on your next roof.

If I could give this company more stars, I would. Let me tell you why. I had been looking for someone for a while to replace our roof and insulation. I called dozens of local companies and contractors, but I couldnt get anyone to do the job. A lot of them wouldnt even return my calls. I finally came upon Overhead Solutions and talked to Ryan. He came out to the house and took some measurements. We talked about some of the problems we were having with the roof, and he gave me an estimate. He helped me sort out what I needed to do next, which was contacting and coordinating with a company to do the insulation.

I would like to take this time to thank Overhead Solutions for being such a professional company. From Ryan in sales who came back 3 times to meet with my insurance adjuster and then coming back to go through the estimate the insurance was paying out, catching that they were going to pay for the garage (which had no damage) instead of the house. Then there s Dave the project manager who came and explained everything to me before the crew got there. The day of the project he was constantly running back and forth between jobs and also coming back on Sunday evening to pick up the trailer and inspect the workmanship on the roof along with doing a walk around with a magnet to check for nails. Five stars! We selected Overhead Solutions for our roof replacement because of the extremely high Google review ratings, thier friendly and professional employees, and the cost. They made every step of the process so easy and had regular communication with us so we knew what to expect. The crew working on the roof damaged one of our down spouts and had it replaced before they left the same day. I didn t even have to ask for it to be repaired or replaced. The project manager kept me up to date before, during, and after the job was done. They even had a quality manager make sure everything was satisfactory a few days after the job was completed. There were some nails in the yard/landscape that we found and the quality manager made another trip to do another pass with a large magnet to pick up anything that was missed before.

In 2010 a storm ripped through our area. There were so many companies from out of state just trying to rip us off. I had gotten 2 of the highest quotes to replace my roof and siding. I called about a roof inspection as I had water spots showing up in my kitchen ceiling. The roof is 15 years old and when I bought the house 4 years ago the house inspector said I had maybe 2-3 years left on the roof. Shawn showed up and did an inspection of the roof and couldn t find any damage or areas of concern. He said to call him in 5-8 years as the roof had at least that long left on it. We went inside and he was able to determine just by looking at the setup that I had likely been cooking a lot of stews (I had) and that the kitchen vent didn t go out (it doesn t). He said I likely had nail heads that were rusting and starting to show through and I should get an external vent if I m going to keep cooking soups. I highly recommend any contractor that won t try and scam me out of my money when I don t need to spend it.

We had a very tight window this spring as an insurance claim was involved.The crew showed up early morning 3/28/23 finished by noon on 3/29/23. They removed 2 layers of shingles, replaced 12 sheets of sheeting , installed 40 sq. of shingles ! WOW !! My wife and I are still amazed ! They never slowed down working ! The craftmanship on repairing the wood, flashing on the brick areas ,the valleys was way beyond our expectations ! The during and after job clean up was outstanding . WE would rate the overall project as 6 STARS out of 5. Oh and all the people involved were great to work with! Erv & Marge Hutjens

I used to work for overhead and cannot recommend or speak high enough for this company. Paul and Tara are amazing people who truly want to help people get the best they can. Everyone works so hard here to provide the best experience possible. This is a company I was proud to work for and with.

The work and the work crew were great. Got the roof done in one day and finished it as it was starting to rain (it was very cold too). My issue is communication. Their TV ad said "get your roof install so the shingles will seal in the heat of summer" we signed the contract in July and was told someone would contact us in a few weeks. They did, but only to tell us the install wouldn t be until October; 3 months after we signed. No paperwork was provided for the workmanship warranty, I had to chase it down. Adding insult to injury for a while after I signed the contract I kept seeing the same commercial "get your roof install so the shingles will seal in the heat of summer".

Each time I had a question regarding the installation, I was given a prompt answer. The Project Manager, Steve, was quick to fix any issues I had or he explained why the crew were doing the work in the way that was best for my roof.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Grandfather. He is older and lives alone. This company was beyond responsive, professional, and had great communication leading up to and during the installation. Their team was fantastic and the work speaks for themselves. The installation was clean and professional. Both the office and the install team comminuted with my mother from out of state and my grandfather. If we ever have the opportunity to use them again we will. If we could give them 20 stars we would.

Matt and his crews are very professional. Matt is very responsive and makes sure that the roof is installed properly and clean up is done. The clean up is very good. Matt even stopped by afterwards personally to make sure all the nails were picked up.

The complete job was complete in a timely manner with the cleanup process done quickly. Last year we had a roof put on our home. From start to finish, every one was great to work with. When we needed a roof on our cottage, there was no hesitation on who to call. Beautiful job again and the cleaned up was impeccable. Now Im thinking of another project for Overhead Solutions. No need to shop around when a company is so great to work with.

I just had my roof replaced by Overhead Solutions. The experience from start to finish was extremely satisfactory. Within one day of the salesmans initial visit, I had a very detailed and competitive estimate outlining everything included in the quote plus options. I made one minor change, which was accepted and returned the quote by e-mail. Soon after I received communication from the material-ordering department that materials were on order and would be delivered within 5 days of the to-be-determined installation. My requested time frame for installation was honored and the material was delivered as specified with shingles placed on the roof ridges by the supplier. On the specified installation date, the crew arrived around 8 A.M. and immediately placed tarps around the perimeter of the house to catch removed roof materials. Ruben, the project manager, reviewed and discussed my concerns about previous leaks. He immediately instructed his installers of the problem areas and gave direction for special treatment of these areas. The result exceeded my expectations. My home has a large and intricate roof and the crew of 6-8 men worked tirelessly for 12 hours to complete the job in one day. The crew was extremely professional, qualified and polite. They used safety rope on steep pitched areas of the roof and directed removed materials to the tarps on the ground. With darkness approaching they cleaned up the entire perimeter including sweeping the area with magnetic pick up tools. The next day Ruben returned with a skeleton crew for a final review of the job, including additional caulking. They again did a clean up inspection for additional scraps and again swept the entire area with magnetic tools to remove as many of the nails as possible. Ruben and his entire crew along with staff employees are to be complimented for their outstanding performance. I strongly recommend Overhead Solutions for any roof related repairs that any potential customer may be considering.

Absolutely satisfied! Happy from the start with a great meet up with Justin to look at it before hand and the quick turn around with a quote. The updates from the start of the project through them telling us when the crew would be there and even called to update me during the day as to when they would be finished. I had a leak in my roof that was causing discoloration of the ceiling in the living room. It was time to call a roofer. I found Overhead Solutions Inc while googling Manitowoc Roofers. I read the reviews, they looked good. I called and Shawn immediately responded and set up an appointment. He came out, assessed the situation, and prepared an estimate. The following week a team of three roofers were here and replaced the roof tile in the area of the leak. They matched the new shingles with the existing roof. The work was done in less than half a day.

They started our roof around 8am and they finished around 5pm. They cleaned everything up which was a bonus for us so the dog and kiddo didnt step on nails after. They also found the previous roofing company covered up our bathroom vent and so they fixed that for us right away. The boyfriend wanted to roof my house... I went on line and requested quotes from 10 roofing businesses in my area. My first, and only visit, left me very confused. He was giving me the woman talk . They worked soooo hard! The before pictures they provided us were eye opening! The are very professional, friendly, arrived exactly when they said they would. Overhead Solutions is the way to go when looking for a new roof. Pete came and gave me the estimate, giving me multiple options to choose from. The crew showed up bright and early, had the whole roof torn off and replaced by 1:30 in the afternoon. I had an issue with water dripping by my rain gutter and it formed an ice patch in front of my door. When Steve came to inspect the job, I told him about it. He took pictures and sent them to the project manager. Jared came Back with Jose and resolved the problem. I didnt get to meet the owner, Paul, but everyone I Talked to spoke highly of him. I can tell he takes very good care of his employees. They are all quality people, and I am glad I got to meet them. We were very happy a few years ago when our mobile home roof was redone by overhead. I have since referred friends and family to them as well with work. The crew did a great job keeping things clean and looked great when it was completed! 3 years later we found out while replacing our siding that there was water damage to our exterior wall due to the way the roof was done. I will say this was partly due to it being a mobile home and a mistake was made prior to overhead replacing the roof. The problem could have been solved at the time but would have cost much more. That option was never given to us though. Long story short they came back out and made it right. Fixing the water damage and redoing a section of roof. They even explored another area that we thought didnt look right just to make sure it was for us. They stand behind their work and have treated us and everyone we have sent their way fairly. My only complaint during the repair process is a "fill-in" person that doesnt normally do assessments came and just said "yes this all needs to be redone". From there the plan to fix kept going back and forth a bit before we were all on the same page. However, at the end of the day, they made it right with us and will continue to get our business.

Our roof replacement went very well. Tim, our sales person got us our estimates in a very timely manner and showed us shingle samples. Once we decided on the type of shingle, we waited for the weather to warm up (and the snow to melt) so we could schedule the project. I spent a good portion of my life building Custom Homes. In fact, I built my own home and replaced the roof shingles about 20 years later. After another 25 years my roof, gutters, facia, and soffit needed much repair. I have always been my own handyman and there is no better equity than sweat equity. We are very happy with the job Overhead Solutions did when putting new siding on our house. James Williams and Sergio crew put on a rubber roof on our home and even extra work that needed to be done and they did it with no complaining. The start date had to be rescheduled a few times. My project manager kept changing. Initially I wanted snow guards to project my house, but nope. Now my outside lighting is broken in both front and back. On top of that 2 screws punctured my tires, and my friends specialty made off road tire. We called Overhead Solutions after discovering a water leak in our upstairs bathroom. They had someone out to look at our roof right away the next day (though they offered to even come the same day I initially called!), and we had an estimate in our email inbox just a few hours later. Their prices were right on par with what we expected, and they provided us with thorough pictures as well describing exactly what the damage was and how theyd fix it. Our insurance adjuster was also impressed by their quote and pictures, saying they definitely knew what they were doing. We signed the contract the same day, and within a few hours they called me saying the would be out THE NEXT DAY to replace our roof. They showed up promptly the next morning, their crew was very nice and efficient, and they cleaned up well after themselves. And on top of that, the project manager texted me pictures of additional damage that was found so I could provide it to our insurance company. Today as scheduled, they came and in 1 day did a complete roof replacement, tear off, reroof and complete cleanup. Ruben and crew did an excellent job, Ruben checked frequently if I had questions or concerns. All was completed according to the quote no hidden surprises. After the crew left, Dave, the project manager came back to do one last cleanup and inspection. I am completely satisfied with the entire process
